The Big Lap projectsWhilst travelling around Australia in a caravan in 2025, I set myself three portable art projects. The first was a book comprising collected frottages (rubbings) from found surfaces onto kozo paper. A second book, with 'spin-off' postcards, would be made up of abstract landscapes using natural flower dyes and the Japanese tataki-zome technique. The third project was a series of postcards created entirely from the packaging and paper waste we generated in the course of our twelve months on the road. ArchivesCategories |
